Health Tracks is a well child screening for Medicaid eligible children, ages birth to age 20, to identify and assist children and families that may need developmental, educational, and/or health referrals.

Screenings are performed in the following areas:

• Hearing
• Vision
• General Health
• Dental with fluoride varnish
• Speech/Language
• Motor Development
• General Cognition
• Immunization updates
• Orthodontic screenings

The results provide a reassurance that your child(ren) are developing normally for his or her age.

If there are areas of concern, the screening team may suggest strategies or techniques for caregivers to use at home, make recommendations to other services, referrals to your Primary Care Provider or other specialists for more in-depth care.

This screening is recognized by Benson County Social Services for TANF requirements and Head Start for health physical requirements.

TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE FOR APPOINTMENTS
