MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Spirit Lake Tribe TERO Department is to reduce the high unemployment rate on the Spirit Lake Reservation by ensuring that ALL employers, defined under the TERO Ordinance follow and abide by the Spirit Lake Tribe Law & Oder Code; Title 15: Employment Rights.

And also to ensure that ALL Employers defined under TERO Ordinance, hire qualified Spirit Lake Members.
