SERVICES PROVIDED BY SPIRIT LAKE EMS:
- Provides basic life support emergency medical coverage with advanced capabilities.
- Ability to intercept critical patients from surrounding ambulance services.
- Ability to transport sick and injured patients from the scene to the hospital, as well as providing interfacility transfers.
- Provides AHA CPR and First Aid training to tribal programs and community.
- Provides education opportunities for Tribal medical personnel to receive advanced training in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Ability to provide education opportunities for community members and tribal programs for Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
