Public Health Nursing (PHN) provides a variety of medical services to people of all ages. We provide medical coordination of care for patients by working with providers, making appointments, arranging transportation, and providing home visits for after care. As well as working on an individual basis, we participate in health promotion activities providing health education and screening.
